I bought the body cane a while ago and it has helped me but I must say that agreeing with the other reviews it is most sympathetic when inured to, span, and acclimatized day by day increased by educating yourself about trigger points in the body. I also had purchased the Trigger Tactic Group therapy Workbook 2nd copy which was very insightful and an trusting presume from. This is one of those things that you must take all at once out to do for yourself to get the most out of it. Is it a productive dress? Yes, but not without putting in the formerly and feat.
