Although we were walking on air with the results of the Forever Back Pain Relief System we have been hellishly disapointed with the putting into play. We reordeered pads by give someone a ring from Beautyko on September 15 and were charged for them but they were never delivered. We have called the consumer appointment several times and were told they were either backordered or that the were in the letters but the pads never arrived. We were not dealt with truthfully. The system is usless without pads that must be replaced every 1 - 3 months. I would support that you purchace from an alternate New Zealand.
