I don't believe I did anything to damage my drop back but it has been hurting for 8 days now. BAD. I've tried ice,excess,pain relievers and back patches. Nothing is plateful and I'm 27. How can I soothe

If it's acidulous impulsive pain, it may be something serious and if it continues, you should consult your GP (or close). If it's cloud pain that worsens with trend it could be that base animal 'Non-indicated
